Before a mother gives birth to their babies they get the gorgeous hair of their lives. You have some extra hair as well as thick hair. However, once the baby is grown you gradually start to experience the hair loss. In the beginning, it is you lose thin strands and you don’t really bother about them, but after two months or so you will see much hair fall. Women do tend to get bald from some spots and if you take care of them that instant you get to the baby hair otherwise they will remain bald forever. So what can you really do to take care of hair fall during this time?
Vitamins
Vitamins are essential after baby birth. Since you don’t want to take just any vitamin after baby birth, so if you are breastfeeding then consult the doctor which brand vitamin should you be consuming. Basically, they will suggest you take some a few of the hair growth vitamin and healthy skin vitamins such as biotin vitamin C, E, D, etc. Most people have low vitamin D in them even where the sun is bright all year long. So take Vitamin D otherwise once in a month for life long.
Water
If you are in taking caffeine or alcohol in any form then you must drink lots and lots of water. We have heard it time and again how drinking caffeine drains water out of our body and similarly with the alcohol. We have seen the days when we had too much to drink at night and in the morning our throat is all dried out. One needs to add water to their body while feeding as well. Drinking 3 to 4 bottles of 150 ml water bottle should be your target. If you have 100 ml then you must increase the amount.
Hair Shampoo and Conditioner
Using hair fall control shampoo is what you will lay your hands on during this time. Well, it is obvious however the ingredients in the shampoo and conditioner are what you need to look for. Hair growth can be increase with the help of keratin shampoo and conditioner. Keratin is not only good for hair but it also helps you cater to the damaged broken hair. This way your hair remains shiny and they look less damaged. Let the conditioner sit on your hair for 5-10 min, we usually rinse it off as soon as we apply it or wait for 2 minutes. This way the product that you have applied to the hair doesn’t really get to work. Wash your hair before you bath so that the product is left on your hair for the while.
Hair Masks
Hair masks are also essential during this time. In some cultures, women’s hair is massaged with the help of pure cow milk oil. If you can bear the smell of it on your head then you can apply it and leave it on your hair for 2 hours then, wash. Applying onion oil can also be done during this time. We have read the health tips about black onion seed. There is oil extracted from those seeds and use for hair growth. This last option is for winter only coconut oil. Coconut oil is heavy oil and is not really absorbed by your hair during summer, when you apply this oil during winter its thick consistency sticks to your hair and offer its nutrients. Moreover, the oil does come all over you face during summers, and no one wants that except if you have excessively dry skin.
Detangle serum
To make sure your hair doesn’t get extra tangle or you do not need to pull your hair to detangle them, use a detangle serum. There are a few which have heat protecting properties as well so once your hair has been 70% dried use this spray before using a comb. This way your hair will get some shine and the tangle will be removed smoothly.
